As a senior engineer, you'll not only lead technically, but also serve as a project manager and client liaison-playing a key role in maintaining our 95% client referral rate. This position reports to the Vice President overseeing electrical staff in the Raleigh Office.

• Lead electrical system design for new and renovated buildings

• Conduct field investigations, surveys, and code analysis

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 10-20 years of experience in lighting, lighting controls, and interior/exterior power distribution
• PE license required
• Experience with MV (medium-voltage) distribution preferred
• Experience working in the federal sector, including familiarity with UFC, UFGS, and FAR
• RCDD certification is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit, AGI
  32, and SKM or Easypower
• Experience conducting fieldwork, including physical demands of site visits
• Existing client relationships in NC/SC, Mid-Atlantic, or South-Central U.S. is a strong plus
• Experience with higher education and NC State Construction Office systems

• U.S. Citizenship is required (no dual citizenship) due to government project access restrictions
