Summary

Kyma Technologies is a cutting-edge and fast-paced semiconductor materials company working on GaN and Ga2O3-based electronic and optoelectronic devices. We are currently looking for a Crystal Growth Engineer to develop GaN and Ga2O3 growth processes using Kyma's HVPE and MOCVD reactors and work with the sales team to fill customer orders. Visit

Job Responsibilities

• Development and sustainment of Kyma's crystal growth tool process (HVPE and MOCVD) to produce GaN and Ga2O3 products
• Execute routine characterization of GaN and Ga2O3 products
• Compile and prepare data, reports, presentations, and other documents
• Use of JMP, Origin, Excel / MS Suite, Kyma Net (data and inventory management system)

Qualifications

• Familiarity with semiconductor processes and/or semiconductor physics
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Deductive reasoning, critical thinking, and active listening skills
• Highly motivated and willing to learn new systems
• BS/MS degree in relevant area of study OR 5yrs experience
• US Green Card or Permanent Residents only, please.
