Senior Civil Engineer - Stormwater Focused: lead the growth of the stormwater practice and shape the future of water resources services. • Lead and manage stormwater projects from concept through construction, including drainage design, green infrastructure, and flood mitigation.
• Oversee project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, regulatory compliance, and on-time, on-budget performance.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support proposal development.
• Collaborate across disciplines to integrate stormwater solutions into broader civil and site development projects.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in stormwater management.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 10 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required. Travel frequency contingent on duties and project demands.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Expert knowledge of computer aided design and drafting (CADD) 3D and 4D software and practices.
• Expert knowledge of engineering design principles.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Expert knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
