Senior Civil Engineer - Stormwater Focused: lead the growth of the stormwater practice and shape the future of water resources services. Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage stormwater projects from concept through construction, including drainage design, green infrastructure, and flood mitigation.
- Oversee project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, regulatory compliance, and on-time, on-budget performance.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support proposal development.
- Collaborate across disciplines to integrate stormwater solutions into broader civil and site development projects.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in stormwater management.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 10 years of related experience.
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required. Travel frequency contingent on duties and project demands.
- Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Expert knowledge of computer aided design and drafting (CADD) 3D and 4D software and practices.
- Expert knowledge of engineering design principles.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Expert knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
