Position: Reassembly / Process Equipment Engineer

Reassembly / Process Equipment Engineer - Raleigh, NC - 12 Month Initial Contract

One of our global pharmaceutical clients is currently requiring an experienced Process Equipment Engineer for their Raleigh, North Carolina based location.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage the installation of pharmaceutical equipment system skid and connection to stick built piping systems, including but not limited to GMP process equipment (bioreactors, chromatography skids, etc.) WFI Stills, clean steam generators, and distribution piping.
  • Act as the client's agent to review and approve submittals from the Design/Builder for applicable utilities passivation circuits, execution strategies, procedures and specifications.
  • Participate in constructability reviews with site construction team for process and clean utility super skids focusing on shipment dates, move in and reassembly plans and tie‑in/passivation strategies.
  • Review and comment on applicable detailed design and installation specifications.
  • Drive progress and coordination to ensure schedule, cost and quality targets are met.
What You’ll Need
  • Extensive experience in the construction and commissioning of utility systems and process equipment in pharmaceutical or biotech facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of clean utility systems, including water systems (WFI, PW), clean steam, and clean gases.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of utility piping testing, flushing, degreasing and passivation procedures and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with GMP standards, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage construction activities within a regulated environment.
