In the role of Tender Project Supply Chain Specialist, you will establish a new way of working with an active participation of SCM in tenders and projects. You will be a multitasking person in a multicultural environment. Expect a very high volume, high paced environment where you will be empowered to drive procurement activities.

• Working with a cross functional team to provide world class on-time supply chain support during project, tender and execution phases to the Project delivery and service organization.
• Purchase materials according to required technical specification, price, delivery schedule and terms. Ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures.
• Planning and executing procurement activities for tender and project activities in order to support project objective achievement in terms of cost/budget, schedule and supply quality.
• Maintaining a primary interface with the sales and execution teams.
• Planning and ensuring appropriate implementation and compliance to SCM instructions.
• Monitoring procurement status and updating teams as necessary.
• Proactively working to resolve issues related to procurement cost, quality and delivery.
• Ensuring RFQs are issued in compliance to the sourcing strategy.
• Ensuring cost reduction and KPI targets are met.
• Managing relationships with suppliers in partnership with NAM and Global Category Management teams.

• Education in supply chain management or related field.
• 5 Years of experience in the domain with proven track record.
• Proactive assertiveness.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Professional experience in a supply chain function and in a project environment.
• Technical interest and ability to solve complex problems independently.
• You are a team player, driven, structured and have a result oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal, is a requirement.
• Willingness to travel as required.
