Responsibilities- Fabricating metal particles using facilities in Prof. Thuo’s laboratory
- Facilitating the 3D printing of particles and characterizing resulting microstructures, mechanical properties and composition gradients
- Facilitating the 3D printing of complex metal particles to control microstructure and mechanical properties
- Conducting research relevant to the group’s focus on complex metal particles, their microstructures, and properties
- Assists in preparing presentations and writing proposals
Minimum Experience/Education
Master of Engineering in Materials Science & Engineering or related field.
