Civil Senior Project Engineer (Transportation) –

OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our Civil engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of civil engineering design experience specific to transportation and roadways, and a strong technical leadership capability.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Project Engineer
- 12+ years of successful project experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience supporting multiple projects and dealing with clients, contractors and vendors
- Proficiency in Microstation (CONNECT edition and Open Road Designer)
- Knowledge of Illinois Department of Transportation or Illinois Tollway design standards is a plus
- CONNECT and Open Roads Designer experience is a plus

Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 annually, with discretionary annual bonuses.
