Agricultural Engineer

July 20, 2025 - The Agricultural Engineer coordinates with consultants and contractors to ensure quantity surveying, material preparation, and work execution align with project specifications and schedules. This position oversees site activities, enforces HSE and quality standards, and resolves non-conformance issues through preventive and corrective actions. The engineer also ensures construction adheres to approved plans, specifications, and materials while facilitating inspections and providing necessary information for seamless execution.

Job Summary:

• Provide timely and relevant answers to questions on Product and Ranges, Agronomic Questions, and Product Positioning, from stakeholders
• Assist in Knowledge Capture within the company and knowledge incorporation into the Company Knowledge Management platform
• Generate new content for the Company Knowledge Management Platform
• Provide training on Products and Ranges for new staff within the company
• Manage the product compatibility program of the Company and ensure the product compatibility website is kept up to date with new information
• Assist in the new product mix process representing the Global Technical Support Department in the development of new products
• Assist in the development of online training materials
• Write texts in English for use in Technical and Corporate Marketing, Labels, and other materials
• Maintain and update written protocols for all processes within the Department
• Assist in the organization and conduction of visits to Company facilities and the field, by stakeholders
• Assist in the implementation of the Global Technical strategy under the guidance of the Global Technical Manager.

Job Summary:
