You will facilitate dynamic life skills sessions, inspire children to exceed their learning targets, and cultivate the mindset and routines essential for long-term success.

What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating one-hour life skills sessions with K-2 learners, providing coaching support and reinforcing literacy instruction delivered by Reading Specialists
- Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning platforms and meet their weekly academic targets
- Guiding emotional self-regulation, resilience development, and problem-solving abilities with consistent routines and empathetic support
- Monitoring individual student development and needs, identifying concerns proactively, and modifying approaches in partnership with your colleagues
- Building a classroom environment that balances structure, engagement, and individualized attention
- Must be available for full-time, in-person work at our San Francisco, CA or Miami, FL campus
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts
- Engaging storyteller and dynamic presenter: capable of capturing and maintaining the focus of young children in group settings
- Capable of maintaining elevated expectations for both yourself and students, and motivating children to reach their objectives
- Growth-oriented mindset and receptiveness to feedback
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
