Deliver instruction for the Climate SMART Leadership program on the program’s leadership model and decision‑making framework. Conduct research on the historical, philosophical, and theoretical foundations of Agricultural and Extension Education for the Growing Together Open Educational Resource.

• Relevant Master’s degree, or Relevant Bachelor’s and 3 or more years of relevant experience, relevant independent experience and education

• Experience with Extension programming, academic research and academic writing
• Publication in academic journals and or texts
• Experience writing literature reviews
