LOCATION

NOTE:

This is an in‑person role located at one of our campuses.

If you're someone who takes action rather than waiting to be told what to do, this role will suit you. This is a unique opportunity to join one of Alpha's newest campuses and leave a lasting impact from the very beginning. You won't simply be filling a position. You'll actively contribute to shaping the culture, establishing standards, and developing with the campus as it expands.

At Alpha, we aren't focused on preserving what already exists. We're creating something superior for students and their families. We need someone capable of taking complete ownership of both the enrollment experience for new families and the operational tasks that ensure our campus functions effectively.

This is not a typical admissions position. You won't be confined to a desk sending templated messages or buried in administrative tasks. Instead, you'll conduct meaningful family tours, establish trust with prospective parents, and shepherd them through a smooth, individualized admissions process. Simultaneously, you'll maintain campus safety, compliance, and readiness to welcome students and families with assurance.

Alpha is a K–12 private school that transforms the way children learn. We combine adaptive applications with expert Guides to provide personalized, mastery‑based education that equips students for life beyond standardized testing. In this role, you'll represent that mission directly, bringing it to life for every family who enters our campus.

If you're prepared to advance quickly while contributing to meaningful work, we'd like to hear from you.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Conducting personalized, conversion‑focused family tours that communicate Alpha's three commitments and build confidence in our educational model.
  • Executing and managing proactive outreach strategies with prospective families to advance them through the admissions pipeline.
  • Implementing strict safety and safeguarding standards to establish a demonstrably secure environment for students and families.
  • Managing all facilities operations, including preventative maintenance, vendor management, and repair supervision.
  • Regularly reviewing data to optimize processes and enhance both operational performance and enrollment results.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Being limited to one repetitive administrative function or isolated department.
  • Operating under rigid, hierarchical micromanagement that limits your autonomy.
  • Dealing with bureaucratic obstacles that hinder meaningful progress.
  • Concentrating solely on documentation, removed from the students and families you support.
