• Course Instruction:
  Teach undergraduate courses in core areas of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, including engineering mechanics, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, mechanical design, manufacturing, and systems dynamics and controls.
• Curriculum Development:
  Collaborate with faculty to develop, revise, and improve course content, instructional materials, and laboratory experiences to enhance student learning and program outcomes.
• Student Engagement:
  Provide academic advising, mentorship, and career guidance to students, engaging in activities that promote student success and retention.
• Instructional Innovation:
  Incorporate active learning strategies, modern pedagogical tools, and technology-enhanced instruction, participating in departmental and university-wide teaching initiatives.
• Service and
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Contribute to departmental service, including committee participation, outreach, and recruitment efforts, and collaborate with colleagues across the department, college, and university to support the educational mission.
• Professional Development:
  Stay current with developments in engineering education and participate in professional development opportunities related to teaching, learning, and pedagogical research.

• Minimum Education:
  
  Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, completed before the start date.
• Required Experience:
  
  Demonstrated excellence in teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses.
