LOCATION
NOTE:
This is an on‑site position in the cities listed below, with local travel when required. Relocation support is provided.
If helping families embrace a fundamentally different approach to education resonates with you, this position places you at the center of that transformation.
Alpha operates unlike conventional schools. Here, students complete their core academic work in only two hours daily through AI‑driven applications. The remainder of their time? Developing real‑world capabilities—public speaking, analytical reasoning, collaborative challenges, and meaningful projects. No traditional lectures. No filler assignments. Simply accelerated progress and top 1% performance across the country. This approach requires a fundamentally different parent relationship—and that is your responsibility.
You will serve as the principal representative of your campus, driving growth in enrollment, confidence, and advocacy. You'll facilitate compelling informational sessions, develop meaningful community connections, and transform interest into committed waitlist entries. Your role extends further, however. You'll function as the primary resource for families throughout their entire Alpha experience—resolving issues, cultivating loyalty, and transforming parents into vocal supporters of the model.
This is a high‑trust, high‑autonomy position with measurable impact. You'll be stationed at one campus, present on‑site the majority of the time, generating tangible results—not simply executing a predetermined approach. If you recognize that most schools are underserving students—and that a superior alternative exists—this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.
