The Division of Academic & Student Affairs (DASA) serves all students at NC State through academic affairs, student affairs, and University College. The TRIO Programs, including the 21st Century Community Learning Center, provide academic enrichment support to low‑income, first‑generation students, aiming to equal access to quality education and encourage enrollment and graduation.

The Instructor/Tutor will provide instruction and one‑to‑one or group tutorial services to 21st Century Community Learning Center students.

• Assist participants in academic skill building for core curriculum courses, especially rigorous courses.
• Conduct or secure facilitators for Special Labs, which may include instruction in ACT test prep, STEM exposure and instruments, workforce development skills, family enrichment activities, etc.
• Support students’ academic development and promote success.

• Mon – Fri, 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM

• High School Diploma required with sufficient academic standing to provide tutorial support.
• Google Suite experience.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs (student supplies).
• Experience instructing or tutoring students in a K‑12 setting (preferred).
