$58,000–$63,000 annually.

• Assist with staffing needs by participating in interviews, onboarding coordination, and schedule planning to maintain appropriate coverage.
• Contribute to enrollment stability through participation in tours, family engagement, and local outreach efforts.
• Build trust with families, respond to questions and concerns, and act as a consistent and professional point of contact.
• Provide staff development: coaching, feedback through observations, ongoing training, and support professional growth.
• Support classroom or operational coverage as needed to ensure continuity of care.

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field.
• Level III Administrator credential.
• Prior experience leading teams in a licensed childcare or early learning setting.
• Organized, adaptable, and confident communicating with staff, families, and leadership.

Requires regular movement throughout the center, standing, sitting, walking, and climbing stairs. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. Comfort working around young children and supporting classroom environments.
