OB​/GYN Nocturnist Hospitalist Position in Raleigh, NC

Our affiliate, Unified Women's Healthcare of North Carolina, is looking for a Hospitalist/Nocturnist Physician to join their Women's Health Care Center in Raleigh, NC. The clinical team consists of 9 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner. The practice has been serving women in the Raleigh Metro area for over 80 years. All deliveries and GYN surgeries are done at the University of North Carolina Rex Hospital in Raleigh (UNC Rex). UNC Rex is a top-tier facility with a Level 4 NICU, women's health subspecialist physicians, and the Da Vinci robotic system for specialized GYN procedures.

This is a great opportunity to join an excellent group of physicians in a growing area within a strong hospital system. The physician will work several hospital call shifts per week and focus on Labor & Delivery.

• Provide in-house coverage for Labor & Delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic inpatient services.
• Perform emergency gynecological surgical care as needed.
• Hospital shifts will be at UNC Rex Hospital in Raleigh. UNC Rex has a Level 4 NICU, subspecialist physicians, and the Da Vinci robotic system for major surgical procedures.
• Full-time position of 2-3 14-hour call shifts per week; 1 weekend of call per month.
• Part-time options with some schedule flexibility.
• Hospitalist can expect to perform about 20-25 deliveries per month.
• Call is shared with another practice.
