Summary:UNC Family Medicine at Hedingham is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine). This clinic offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a difference in patients' lives. The position is open to both new and experienced physicians. The ideal candidate should have:
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- An active, unrestricted NC medical license or the ability to obtain one
- An interest in working with a medically complex adult population
- Experience and interest in working with mental health in a primary care setting is a plus
- Preventive healthcare
- Sick care
- Physicals
- Immunizations
- Women's health
- Management of acute and chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
- Screening tests
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
