Architectural Designer

Join a dynamic and highly collaborative architectural firm specializing in architecture, planning, and interior design services for domestic and international clients. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Architect to contribute to projects in commercial, retail, mixed-use, science and technology, hospitality, and multi-family residential sectors. This full-time position is based in our Raleigh office.

• Lead the design and production of construction documents for multiple projects.
• Interface with clients and consultants, displaying strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Detail architectural materials and systems, focusing on envelope systems design.
• Oversee construction administration, ensuring compliance with codes and regulatory processes.
• Engage in lab planning and equipment surveying for biology, chemistry labs, tissue culture, clean rooms, and vivariums.
• Manage junior staff, fostering an environment of encouragement and growth.

• 0-4 years of post-graduate architectural experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketch Up.
• Experience in project management and team leadership.
• Strong communication skills.

• Architectural License is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.
• Experience with mixed-use, commercial buildings, and large commercial retail projects.
• LEED certification and AIA membership are advantageous.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raleigh, NC.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
