About the RoleHC Solutions Group is partnering with a well-established engineering and architecture firm in North Carolina to hire a Senior Landscape Architect for their Land Planning and Infrastructure team. This role is ideal for a licensed professional with a strong background in landscape architecture who enjoys leading complex projects, building client relationships, and working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities- Lead and oversee landscape architecture projects from concept through construction
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Collaborate with clients to define project goals, site constraints, and design criteria
- Prepare and oversee construction documents and technical specifications
- Coordinate closely with civil, architectural, and infrastructure teams
- Review codes, zoning, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and internal project teams
- Support business development efforts including proposals and client presentations
- Mentor and support junior landscape architecture staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
- Active Professional Landscape Architect license in North Carolina or ability to obtain promptly
- Strong background in landscape architecture design, documentation, and project leadership
- Proficiency with Civil 3D and Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and client management skills
