• Competitive Pay Responsibilities: What You'll Do: As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you'll be in a unique position to provide our patients with the most crucial health service: ongoing preventive oral care. Your daily tasks will include:
• Recording treatment information in patient charts
• Taking radiographs as directed by the doctor
• Evaluating periodontal conditions and creating treatment plans
• Providing excellent customer service by escorting patients to and from the treatment room
• Administering Nitrous Oxide and Oxygen
• Applying topical agents and sealants
• Assisting doctors during clinical exams and recording findings
• Performing oral cancer exams
• Scaling, polishing, and applying fluoride to teeth
• Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments
• Inspecting patients’ oral cavities and charting conditions
• Educating patients on preventive care and home care
• Cleaning restorations and appliances
• Scheduling follow-up appointments
• Implementing and monitoring recall systems
• Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
What You Need to Succeed:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid X-ray certificate
• Current RDH license Compensation: $48 - $55 hourly
