• Oversee daily front desk operations, including patient check-in/out, billing, and appointment scheduling.
• Greet patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Present and explain treatment plans to patients, addressing questions and concerns.
• Coordinate treatment schedules between patients and clinical team.
• Manage treatment case acceptance and financial arrangements.
• Train, mentor, and supervise front desk staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care and service.
• Promote a positive team environment and uphold the practice’s standards and policies.

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a dental front office or treatment coordinator role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment planning.
• Proficiency in dental practice management software.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion.
