Position: Contract EdTech Customer Support Specialist
A global educational company is seeking Contract Customer Support Representatives to deliver exceptional technical support to school districts and application partners. This role involves fast-paced interaction via email and phone, problem-solving to assist customers in using Clever's solutions effectively, and working collaboratively within a supportive team. Ideal candidates are technically adept, have customer service experience, and are passionate about education.
