What is the Customer Success role at Connecteam?As Connecteam's Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Your job is to work closely with customers all around the world through system characterization, training and implementation of new capabilities while focusing on retention, renewal and client implementation of our product, with a very high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Onboard, grow, and maintain our customer base
- Work closely with our customers with the drive to help them change their workplace and achieve their business goals
- Become a trusted advisor and ambassador of change in our customers workplace
- Become the customer advocate in Connecteam, collaborating with our Product, Development, Marketing and Sales teams
- Assess client health and develop strategies to mitigate churn
- Proactively identify customers who aren t maximizing their opportunity with our product and reach out to create an action plan to help them achieve success
- Fluent English (spoken and written) - MUST
- A minimum of one year s experience as a CSM
- Experience in B2B SaaS – HUGE ADVANTAGE
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with a startup mentality that includes working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- A team player that enjoys feedback, sharing ideas, and constantly improving together

- Speaking Spanish – Huge advantage

- Working days:
Monday - Friday;
Working hours:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM - Comprehensive Training & Development, including a structured onboarding process
- Mac laptop and necessary equipment provided
- Medical coverage;

Paid time off for vacation and sick days - Salary range: 70K-90K
