What you will do:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Communicating effectively and empathetically to understand customers' needs and concerns.
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolving customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Identifying and escalating complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for further assistance.
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and offerings.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes and updates to products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Recording customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions accurately and thoroughly in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Striving to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for every customer interaction.
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards in all customer interactions.
- Ensuring confidentiality and security of customer information and data in accordance with company policies and regulations.
What you bring:
- Strong attention to details

- A desire to help serve customers – previous experience not necessary but a definite plus
- Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
- May conduct a pre-employment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law
SHIFT AVAILABLE:
Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Training 4 weeks - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
This position will be full time and in office.
Pay Range:
$40,000 - $45,000/yr
