We're seeking a customer-focused Dispatcher to coordinate service calls, support our technicians, and ensure our customers receive top-tier service. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and great at problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage daily schedules and dispatch service technicians efficiently.
  • Coordinate return service visits when parts arrive.
  • Maintain the on-call schedule and keep customer records up to date.
  • Communicate clearly with technicians, managers, and customers.
  • Answer inbound calls and assist with scheduling.
  • Review, resolve, and close service tickets.
  • Pre-call customers and route service calls effectively.
  • Report any field issues to the Service Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service updates.
Pay &

Schedule:

  • Pay Rate: $20+ per hour
  • Work Location: On-site only
  • Schedule:
    • Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
    • One Saturday per month
      , 7:30 AM – 2 PM (on-site)
    • Overtime Available
      , with commission from overtime shifts
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in customer service or dispatching.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Service Titan (preferred but not required).
  • A positive, customer-first attitude with a focus on teamwork.
