What You’ll Do- Financial & payments support: Deliver hands‑on support related to club financials, including payments, registrations, and related systems, ensuring smooth and accurate financial workflows.
- Optimize usage: Ensure customers understand its functionalities and how to optimize sports management operations.
- Customer growth: Help and guide customers to develop their usage.
- Onboarding: Provide training and support to new customers.
- Customer support: Deliver exceptional customer support and build strong relationships with our clients.
- Communication: Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and provide clear guidance.
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical
Skills:
Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and navigate software platforms; experience with CRM software or other management systems is a bonus. - Skills: Detail‑oriented with excellent problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Language: Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written (please add any other languages you speak in your application).
- Other: Passion for sports and technology, with a drive to stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and advancements.
