• Lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through close-out
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, under budget, and to quality standards
• Manage all aspects of HVAC and plumbing installation
• Collaborate with clients to define scope, schedule, and risk mitigation
• Oversee project cost systems, labor planning, and subcontractor performance
• Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and services
• Conduct monthly reporting, forecasting, and schedule reviews
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Promote a culture of safety through training, investigation, and field support
• Mentor and support field teams including foremen and superintendents

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7 or more years of mechanical project management experience, preferably in HVAC/plumbing
• Expertise in job costing, estimating, scheduling, and project controls
• Proven ability to lead teams and navigate high-pressure environments
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills
• Proficient with construction software, safety practices, and documentation standards
