• Responsible for complete installation of commercial projects.
• Review and verify project drawings before, during and after installation.
• Verify materials and inventory onsite prior to construction commencing.
• Work with internal and external construction teams to ensure project construction milestones are hit.
• Manage mechanical and electrical construction crews in their tasks. Answer onsite questions from construction teams and clients.
• Ensure construction crews understand construction drawings and specifications. Make sure crews are following construction prints exactly during onsite construction.
• Verify system installation by conducting onsite testing and commissioning.
• Address closeout punch list items.

• Valid driver's license in NC.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneel.
• Comfortable reading and understanding electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Working knowledge of electrical theory, and the associated principles, materials, and equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Ability to calculate basic mathematical problems.
• Willing to work overtime.
