Position Title: Working Foreman
Pay Range: $40+ based on experience

Job Overview
A top-tier demolition contractor is seeking an experienced and hands-on Working Foreman with demolition experience to lead field crews on commercial, industrial, and government demolition projects across the Carolinas. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership position for someone who's just as confident operating heavy machinery-especially trackhoes-as they are managing crews and reading blueprints.
The ideal candidate has 15+ years of verifiable demolition and equipment operation experience and thrives in a fast-paced, travel-ready environment where precision, safety, and leadership are valued every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up demolition crews on job sites, driving productivity, safety, and communication.
- Operate heavy equipment (primarily trackhoes) during critical phases of demolition.
- Interpret and execute demolition plans, blueprints, and job scopes.
- Coordinate schedules and site activities with project managers and subcontractors.
- Enforce safety procedures and conduct daily jobsite briefings.
- Maintain clear documentation of work performed and site progress.
- Mentor crew members to uphold quality standards and promote development.
- Travel to various job sites across the region, including military facilities.
- 15+ years of demolition experience, with extensive trackhoe operation.
- Field leadership experience managing demolition or site crews.
- Strong blueprint reading and project interpretation skills.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and demolition best practices.
- Ability to lead by example and enforce jobsite accountability.
- Valid driver's license and clean record.
- Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects with overnight stays.

- Competitive pay: $40 per hour, depending on experience
- $40/day per diem for overnight assignments
- Company-paid PRIVATE lodging for out-of-town work
- Bi-weekly pay schedule
- Uniforms and PPE provided

- Opportunity to work on high-security and large-scale demolition projects
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Occasional Friday overtime based on job demands
- Full-time role with required travel flexibility
- Position based in Wilmington, NC
- Project sites across North and South Carolina, including secure government facilities
- Travel required with overnight stays as needed
