About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to provide on-site leadership and coordination for all phases of commercial construction projects, with a strong preference for candidates who bring tilt-wall construction expertise. This role will oversee field operations, subcontractor management, scheduling, safety, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage the master project schedule, including detailed two-week look-aheads.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to meet milestones.
• Lead preconstruction and subcontractor meetings to align scope, schedule, and quality.
• Enforce safety standards and collaborate with the Safety Department to maintain compliance with OSHA.
• Oversee quality control, ensuring all work aligns with drawings and approved submittals.
• Maintain detailed daily logs, reports, and site photos.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings and provide regular updates to project management.
• Train and mentor Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Laborers.

What The Qualified candidate needs

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience in a Superintendent or leadership role.
• Strong background in tilt-wall projects
• Knowledge across major trades and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, MS Teams, and Microsoft Office.
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites in the Raleigh area.
