A qualified person for this position will have 8+ years of experience in underground pipelines, pump stations, and treatment plant construction. This position is office based with limited regional travel. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and electrical systems, with the ability to effectively coordinate project activities, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.

• Manage all phases of electrical projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project execution.
• Prepare and review construction estimates, bids, and proposals using Heavy Bid software.
• Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations.
• Conduct negotiations related to contracts and pricing with vendors and subcontractors.
• Implement cost control measures to monitor project expenses and optimize resource allocation.
• Provide leadership on construction sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met.
• Utilize Bluebeam for project documentation, collaboration, and communication among team members.
• Oversee project scheduling, tracking progress against milestones, and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Proficient in Bluebeam for project management and documentation purposes.
• Strong negotiation skills for effective contract management and pricing discussions.
• Experience with Heavy Bid for construction estimating processes.
• In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and its application in projects.
• Proven experience in construction estimating, cost control, and budgeting practices.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems and construction site operations.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
