Job Overview – Construction Superintendent (Corporate Interiors). Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000/year + bonus.

Raleigh, NC.
Atlantic Group is hiring a Construction Superintendent (Corporate Interiors) in Raleigh, NC for our client, supporting corporate interior buildouts and renovation projects. In this on-site role, you will lead daily field operations, manage subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety, and quality control from mobilization through closeout. You will serve as the on-site lead, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with design intent and schedule commitments.
Responsibilities- Field Operations & Site Supervision: Lead all on-site activities for corporate interior projects, coordinating trades, managing site logistics, and maintaining progress against the construction schedule.
- Scheduling & Trade Coordination: Execute short-interval and look-ahead schedules, sequencing subcontractor work to support fast-paced interior buildouts and tenant improvement timelines.
- Safety & Compliance Management: Implement and enforce site safety programs and maintain compliance with OSHA and project-specific safety requirements.
- Quality Control & Inspections: Enforce quality standards, conduct inspections, and ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and applicable building codes.
- Subcontractor Oversight & Closeout: Manage subcontractor performance, resolve field issues, and coordinate punch list completion and project closeout.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience with a general contractor on corporate or commercial interior projects, including hands-on field leadership.

Skills:
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schedules, and specifications, with experience using construction management software preferred. - Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of corporate interiors, tenant improvements, renovation sequencing, and fast-track project delivery.
- Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented field leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple trades, and a proactive, safety-focused approach in an on-site environment.
