Mas Tec Communications Group is a leading national infrastructure construction company specializing in cell tower construction, RF engineering, broadband fiber optic cable installation, OSP engineering, wireline construction, and emergency maintenance services.

As part of our team, you will help manage and coordinate large fiber, SMB and enterprise construction projects, including hybrid fiber coaxial (HFC) and fiber to the home (FTTH) architectures.

• Establish collaborative relationships among project and constituent groups to promote integrated systems.
• Facilitate and coordinate multiple project teams for new projects and support the client.
• Identify and remove barriers to project completion, especially issues with subcontractors.
• Serve as liaison between project managers, adjudicating disagreements to maintain an integrated focus.
• Provide timely project status updates; submit unresolved issues for resolution.
• Maintain and update company database, generate reports and pivot tables, use VLookup.
• Act as primary point of contact with external vendors and functional consultants on strategic and technical matters.
• Assist PM in reviewing drivers/work completed.
• Complete PARS requests and support budgets and purchasing issues; work with Project Setup to maintain accurate budgets.
• Create vendor POs based on approved OOMs and assignments.
• Research to support PM teams: budgets, quote discrepancies, PO issues, vendor reports.
• Analyze project finances, reconcile variances, assist in commercial milestone true-ups, process vendor check requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to read general system layouts and blueprints.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suites.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong time‑management, organizational planning, and problem‑solving skills.

• Ability to set and communicate clear goals and objectives.

$30‑35/hr.
