• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on paving equipment.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust paving operations accordingly.
• Follow project specifications and adhere to safety regulations.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites as needed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members throughout the project.

• Proven experience as an asphalt paver operator minimum 5 years driving and running screw at the same time.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physical environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain it.
