• Plan, schedule, and coordinate the full construction cycle—from lot clearing to final delivery—with a focus on quality, budget, and timelines.
• Provide managerial oversight across multiple custom home projects.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and partners, ensuring productivity and accountability.
• Oversee materials, schedules, budgets, contracts, and scopes of work.
• Maintain compliance with safety codes and ensure clean, safe job sites.
• Track progress and updates using online scheduling and project management tools.
• Conduct home‑buyer meetings and ensure all walkthrough items are completed prior to closing.
• Collaborate closely with purchasing and design/selection teams for personalized home customization.

• 5+ years of experience in custom home building (strongly preferred).
• Proven supervisory or management skills in a construction setting.
• Ability to motivate teams and hold subcontractors accountable to high standards.
• Proficient in construction scheduling software and vendor management systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, blueprints, and documentation.
• Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
