Project Superintendent – Heavy Civil / Heavy Highway
Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000+ DOE + Vehicle + Bonus + Full Benefits

, this one's for you. We’re hiring a Project Superintendent to lead boots-on-the-ground field operations for large-scale infrastructure projects throughout North Carolina and surrounding region. Strong Public/Private Heavy Civil experience a must have.
This is NOT your average superintendent role — we’re looking for someone who lives and breathes dirt, pipe, structures, and pavement. You’ll be running production crews and foremen on multi-million-dollar jobs that shape public infrastructure. Think mass excavation, underground utilities, concrete bridges, and roadwork —
not vertical building.
To be considered, you MUST have recent and verifiable experience in Heavy Civil or Heavy Highway construction. If your background is in commercial, vertical, or residential, this isn’t the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing- Oversee all aspects of field operations for projects over $5M
- Coordinate and supervise production crews and subcontractors
- Manage project schedules, budgets, safety, and quality
- Interface with owners, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams
- Ensure efficient execution of earthwork, utilities, structures, and paving
- 7+ years of Heavy Civil / Highway experience (public works preferred)
- 4+ years in a field supervisory or superintendent role
- Experience with DOT, municipal, or federal jobs
- Strong command of project budgets, cost codes, change orders, and PO systems
- Proven track record of profitable, on-schedule project delivery
- Solid leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
- Base salary
: $100,000–$130,000+ (depends on experience) - Company truck + fuel
