Commercial Construction Superintendent

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000+ per year + Performance Bonuses

Macallan Construction LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our Field Operations team in Raleigh, NC. This is a hands‑on, full‑time position where you'll lead on‑site operations for both new construction and renovation projects. • Manage daily on‑site operations and ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors effectively.
• Conduct weekly toolbox safety meetings.
• Interpret and enforce building codes and OSHA regulations.
• Perform hands‑on work as needed to support progress.
• Read, interpret, and anticipate challenges within construction drawings.
• Maintain and manage schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Interface professionally with clients, owners, inspectors, and tradespeople.
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Submit field documentation and support project reporting needs.

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision.
• Proven ability to read construction drawings and manage complex schedules.
• Strong communication skills—able to interact confidently with owners, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Basic skills in carpentry or trades are a plus.
• Certified OSHA 10‑Hour (required).
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• References required.
