Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project management services for our clients in the civil construction sector.

Job Responsibilities- Assist the Project Manager in ensuring project quality standards and timely completion.
- Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems.
- Share and retain key project information and data.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Interface with stakeholders, including management, team members, consultants, and vendors.
- Facilitate the flow of project information among stakeholders.
- Attend meetings, update issues/actions logs, and follow up on open items.
- Develop detailed project plans and contribute to monthly reports.
- Prepare reports for various audiences, including dashboards and formal project management reports.
- Assist in preparing proposals for new or existing projects.
- Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
- Experience in project coordination or administration within the construction industry preferred.
- BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or related field; relevant experience considered.
- Minimum of 3 years in project controls or administration.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience in Corporate Interiors and Tenant Improvement is a plus.
