Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project management services for our clients in the civil construction sector.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in ensuring project quality standards and timely completion.
  • Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems.
  • Share and retain key project information and data.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Interface with stakeholders, including management, team members, consultants, and vendors.
  • Facilitate the flow of project information among stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings, update issues/actions logs, and follow up on open items.
  • Develop detailed project plans and contribute to monthly reports.
  • Prepare reports for various audiences, including dashboards and formal project management reports.
  • Assist in preparing proposals for new or existing projects.
  • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
Qualifications
  • Experience in project coordination or administration within the construction industry preferred.
  • BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or related field; relevant experience considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years in project controls or administration.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience in Corporate Interiors and Tenant Improvement is a plus.
