Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development to lead the strategic growth initiatives of our retail home construction company in Raleigh, NC. As a key member of the executive team, this role is responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts to achieve revenue targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and support overall business goals. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities- Develop pricing strategies and sales tactics to maximize return on investment for lot inventory.
- Analyze market conditions to optimize pricing and sales pace for profitability.
- Coordinate marketing activities to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in real estate or home building.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing sales teams.
