We’re looking for a COO from a high-growth business background—someone who has scaled operations, optimized call centers, and mastered vendor management at a high level.

📌 What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
  • Full Ownership of Operations — Lead, scale, and optimize all day-to-day business functions, sales, client intake, and case management
  • Call Center & Sales Optimization — Oversee high-volume intake and outbound sales teams, ensuring maximum conversion, client retention, and profitability
  • Vendor & Contract Negotiation — Manage third-party vendors, streamline costs, and optimize service delivery
  • Data-Driven Strategy & Automation — Implement performance metrics, dashboards, and automation (Clio, Neos, GHL, Docketwise, Power BI) to improve efficiency
  • Process Optimization & Scalability — Standardize and implement best-in-class operations methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, KPI tracking, AI integrations, automation)
  • Cross-Functional Leadership — Work directly with finance, marketing, and sales teams to drive revenue growth and improve business outcomes
  • Lead & Develop High-Performance Teams — Mentor senior managers, enhance operational efficiency, and create a culture of accountability and results
🔝 Who You Are (Ideal Candidate Profile)
  • 10+ years of executive leadership experience in multi-location, high-growth businesses
  • Proven expertise in call center leadership, operations scaling, and vendor management
  • Experience in Fortune 500 or high-revenue organizations ($50M+ preferred)
  • Ability to drive profitability, reduce operational inefficiencies, and optimize sales conversion metrics
  • Tech-driven mindset with experience in AI, automation, and CRM integrations
  • Strong financial and operational acumen—capable of managing budgets, forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required

  • Base Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 (DOE)
  • Performance-Based Bonus (up to 15%) tied to:
    • Revenue Growth — Direct contribution to increasing firm revenue

    • Operational Efficiency — Reducing costs and improving profitability margins
    • Process & Cost Improvements — Implementing scalable, long-term solutions
