Position: Head Of Growth (USA)

90% remote with a requirement to travel to our office and for client meetings where required.

Role Overview:

The Head of Growth will be responsible for driving our company’s growth strategy in the US market, focusing on expanding our market presence and increasing revenue through innovative business development initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of building integrated digital marketing programmes and a proven track record in business growth, preferably within a marketing agency setting.

Ideally, the candidate should be based in the EST timezone to facilitate collaboration with our European office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies tailored for the US market to meet revenue and market expansion goals.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development and our service delivery teams, to align growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Work closely with our Marketing Team to build and execute innovative and results-oriented lead generation and nurture campaigns
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, adjusting sales strategies as needed to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Cultivate referral partnerships with complimentary service providers in the US market
  • Adopt a consultative approach through all stages of client engagement, and work with our internal teams to build and pitch successful proposals.
  • Implement and maintain a systematic approach, taking ownership of our sales pipelines to drive efficiency and results
Qualifications and Skills:
  • You may have many years experience but we are seeking a minimum of 5 years proven experience in business development or growth-related roles ideally in a marketing agency environment.
  • You consider yourself to be an AI Native, and see the opportunity to bring innovation and efficiency to the sales process utilizing AI tools
  • You are data oriented and systematic in your approach to sales management. Ideally, you are already proficient with Hubspot CRM, but a strong competency and appreciation of the power of CRM systems is essential to this role.
  • You are ambitious and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to create and execute successful business growth strategies.
  • You move at speed, and place a value on experimentation and testing new approaches which we can measure, iterate and refine.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships internally and externally.
