We are seeking a results-oriented Expert Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be the engine of our service, identifying and recruiting top-tier industry professionals (“experts”) to participate in paid consultations with our global clients.

This role offers a unique immersion into the professional world. You will engage in high-level business communication, making it an ideal environment for those who wish to utilize and further sharpen their professional Japanese language skills while thriving in a research-heavy, digital-first atmosphere.

You will kick off your career at VISASQ/COLEMAN with a comprehensive training program, designed to prepare you to independently work as a expert recruiter on our team.

• Expert Recruitment: Recruit new experts for our network while vetting our internal database to identify the best candidates for specific project needs.
• Professional Engagement: Reach out to and consult with potential Japanese experts, presenting the value of knowledge sharing and building professional relationships.
• Industry Research and Expert Vetting: Use your knowledge of client strategies across various industry sectors to identify, vet, and qualify the most qualified experts for specific projects.
• Compliance and Integrity: Master compliance standards across various industry sectors and uphold these standards to ensure the integrity of all client engagements.
