Business Development & Client Outreach Trainee

LP Consulting just secured a major expansion contract in the B2B telecom sector, and we’re scaling rapidly across North Carolina. We’re adding a new entry-level teammate to contribute to our outreach, customer engagement, and client development efforts.

This role is perfect for someone hungry for growth, competitive by nature, and excited to learn the business from the ground up. No experience is required—we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and cross-training in key areas of business development.

• Support B2B outreach efforts with local business owners
• Learn the foundations of sales strategy, territory planning, and client communication
• Represent our telecom partners with professionalism during on-site and in-person visits
• Participate in cross-training across:
• Brand representation
• Team leadership
• Track interactions, update internal systems, and maintain accurate notes
• Collaborate with senior leadership on market growth initiatives
• Assist in launching new teams as we expand into upcoming markets
