Job Title: Business Development Manager
Type: Direct Hire

Candidates must currently reside in the greater Raleigh NC area
About the Role: Join APC’s growing team with an new Business Development Manager! We’re looking for a dynamic individual to drive our IT Consulting growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and boosting sales.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Resource Consulting Services Business Development:
Leverage your knowledge of IT Business Development experience. - Lead Generation:
Identify new opportunities through cold calling and marketing. - Client Engagement:
Pitch to potential clients and expand our client base. - Deal Closing:
Negotiate and manage client accounts. - Candidate Shortlisting:
Match client needs with suitable candidates. - Revenue Forecasting:
Predict revenue from current and potential clients. - Growth Monitoring:
Track and strategize for organizational growth. - Team

A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year + Commissions & Bonus potential. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
