Overview

Position: Account Manager

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)

Pay: $90,000/year

Experience: At least 3 years of account management or consultative experience; prior broker agency or benefits administration experience required.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Type: Full-time;
Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Greene Resources is seeking an Account Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description
  • Manage and maintain an assigned book of business.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client benefit-related needs.
  • Lead and manage the full renewal process with internal teams.
  • Conduct client needs analysis, strategy calls, and enrollment meetings.
  • Advise clients on cost reduction and competitive benefits strategies.
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication.
  • Communicate industry trends, updates, and regulatory changes to clients.
Position Requirements
  • Current Life and Health insurance license.
  • Strong knowledge of health and ancillary benefit products.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage complex accounts and high-level service deliverables.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
