Company Overview

Collision Partners (“CP”) is building the premier collision‑repair platform in the United States by partnering with best‑in‑class independent operators who share an uncompromising commitment to quality, safety, and people. Our mission is to deliver the industry’s highest‑quality, safest repairs while being its most desired employer.

We operate under a “Local at Scale” philosophy: preserving the brands, cultures, and legacies of exceptional local businesses while providing the capital, infrastructure, and shared capabilities needed to scale responsibly. At CP, quality is not a differentiator – it is a requirement. We believe long‑term value is created through disciplined growth, rigorous capital allocation, and alignment with high‑integrity partners.

Role Summary

CP is seeking a high-aptitude, execution-oriented Senior Associate, Business Operations to serve as a core member of the operations team and a trusted right-hand to the COO. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role designed for an exceptional early-career professional with a business mind and capacity to execute across a wide range of operational domains.

The Senior Associate, Business Operations will support the COO on critical initiatives across the business, while also working closely with the M&A team on project management and post-close integration support to help ensure successful transactions. This role is deliberately focused on execution, coordination, and follow-through – taking important operational objectives and driving them to completion – rather than narrow functional ownership.

This role carries meaningful responsibility. The Senior Associate, Business Operations will be entrusted with sensitive, time-critical work and will frequently act as an extension of the COO, interfacing with internal teams, operators, and external partners. Success in this role requires second order thinking, strong judgment, intellectual curiosity, exceptional organization, and a bias toward action.

This role is best suited for someone who wants to be a builder, not a passenger, and who values responsibility, learning, and long-term development over narrowly defined job boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

COO Support & Operational Execution

  • Serve as a right-hand execution partner to the COO across high-priority operational initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Take ownership of important business objectives, develop structure and a plan of action, and drive initiatives through to completion with minimal oversight.
  • Provide organization, prioritization, and follow-through across initiatives that span multiple functions and stakeholders.
  • Anticipate risks and proactively propose solutions to maintain momentum and execution quality.

M&A Operations & Integration Support

  • Work closely with the M&A team on project management and integration support to ensure a successful close and smooth post-close transition.
  • Coordinate diligence, closing, and integration work streams across internal teams and external partners.
  • Support integration planning and execution alongside operators and functional leaders.
  • Help improve repeatability and execution quality across transactions by capturing lessons learned and refining integration processes over time.

Internal Collaboration

  • Partner closely with M&A, Operations, Finance, HR, IT, and Leadership to execute cross-functional initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of continuity and accountability across operational work streams.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders, operators, and external partners.
  • Translate complex work into clear, practical artifacts that support consistency and scale.

Successful leaders at CP are:

  • Owner-minded and accountable, with a low-ego, team-first orientation.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented, with strong standards for execution and follow-through.
  • Intellectually curious and quick-learning, with the ability to absorb context rapidly and operate in ambiguity.
  • Comfortable wearing…
