Position

Account Services Manager IC3 — Millennium Print Group (MPG) is seeking an experienced Account Services Manager IC3 to support complex client programs within our Client Services organization. This senior-level individual contributor role serves as the primary client contact for large-scale and high-complexity projects, partnering closely with internal production teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.

Position Summary

The Account Services Manager IC3 is responsible for managing complex client accounts and programs with a high level of independence and accountability. This role coordinates cross-functional communication, oversees job execution from order entry through production and delivery, and ensures client expectations are met or exceeded through proactive planning and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and programs
  • Manage large-scale, complex projects requiring advanced judgment and decision-making
  • Enter and manage orders, specifications, job tickets, and bills of materials
  • Review client-provided artwork for accuracy and adherence to specifications
  • Coordinate proofs with Prepress and clients, ensuring approvals and changes are documented
  • Communicate production requirements clearly to internal teams
  • Schedule jobs based on priorities and due dates
  • Track orders through production and communicate status updates, changes, and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate material availability and outbound shipments
  • Participate in daily production meetings and scheduled client calls
  • Resolve client and internal issues related to quality, schedule, or scope
  • Maintain accurate documentation, notes, and cost tracking in MIS systems
  • Mentor and provide guidance to IC1 and IC2 Account Services Managers as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, workflows, and ISO requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered
  • Requires 6+ years of relevant Account Services or industry experience
  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of account management processes and workflows
  • Ability to manage complex, high-volume projects with competing priorities
  • Proficiency with MIS systems, email, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Ability to resolve moderately complex to complex issues independently
  • Experience with in a printing or manufacturing environment
