We’re looking for a Business Development Partner who loves the hunt, thrives on opening new doors, and knows how to turn prospect conversations into long-term client relationships. What You Will OwnYou will lead all new client acquisition efforts and serve as a strategic partner in delivering solutions to the clients you bring in. This is not a recruiting role; it’s a pure business development position focused on growing revenue and expanding our market presence.
Business Development Responsibilities- Identify, target, and convert cold prospects into active consulting clients
- Build, manage, and grow your own outbound sales pipeline
- Conduct outreach, develop strategic relationships, and close new business
- Sell high-value consulting, talent strategy, and leadership solutions
- Negotiate pricing, margin structures, and engagement terms
- Strategically expand accounts with multi-project and repeat potential
- You love prospecting, pitching, and closing
- You’re a natural relationship-builder with strong business intuition
- You build trust quickly with senior decision makers (PE, founders, C-suite)
- You’re energized by autonomy, ownership, and an entrepreneurial environment
- You’re motivated by results, not activity
- 3–7+ years in business development within consulting, staffing, talent advisory, or professional services
- Demonstrated success in cold outbound sales and opening new accounts
- Comfort interacting with executives, founders, and investors
- Strong EQ, communication skills, and strategic thinking ability
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you take initiative, see opportunity, and own your outcomes
