We’re looking for a Business Development Partner who loves the hunt, thrives on opening new doors, and knows how to turn prospect conversations into long-term client relationships. What You Will Own

You will lead all new client acquisition efforts and serve as a strategic partner in delivering solutions to the clients you bring in. This is not a recruiting role; it’s a pure business development position focused on growing revenue and expanding our market presence.

Business Development Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and convert cold prospects into active consulting clients
  • Build, manage, and grow your own outbound sales pipeline
  • Conduct outreach, develop strategic relationships, and close new business
  • Sell high-value consulting, talent strategy, and leadership solutions
  • Negotiate pricing, margin structures, and engagement terms
  • Strategically expand accounts with multi-project and repeat potential
  • You love prospecting, pitching, and closing
  • You’re a natural relationship-builder with strong business intuition
  • You build trust quickly with senior decision makers (PE, founders, C-suite)
  • You’re energized by autonomy, ownership, and an entrepreneurial environment
  • You’re motivated by results, not activity
Ideal Experience
  • 3–7+ years in business development within consulting, staffing, talent advisory, or professional services
  • Demonstrated success in cold outbound sales and opening new accounts
  • Comfort interacting with executives, founders, and investors
  • Strong EQ, communication skills, and strategic thinking ability
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you take initiative, see opportunity, and own your outcomes
