We’re recruiting a Project Manager for a growing design-build general contractor in the Raleigh market. This role leads projects from early design through preconstruction and into construction
, serving as a key link between clients, designers, and internal teams.
- Manage the design-build process from concept through GMP
- Coordinate architects, engineers, and design schedules
- Partner with estimating and operations on pricing and execution
- Support client relationships and front-end project delivery
- Experience with a design-build GC or design-focused construction role
- Strong preconstruction and design coordination skills
- Industrial, distribution, or commercial project experience
