Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Raleigh, NC. As a Community Associate, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring an exceptional and professional experience. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to provide community support, fostering connections among members, managing case inquiries efficiently, and maintaining a welcoming and productive environment. You’ll play a vital role in building a strong community atmosphere while addressing any client needs effectively.

This role requires someone proactive, service‑oriented, and passionate about creating a vibrant and collaborative workspace for all members.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and foster a sense of community
  • Excellent communication and community support skills, ensuring members feel connected and valued
  • Experience or knowledge in case management and addressing client needs effectively
  • Background in community health or related fields is advantageous
  • Organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage day‑to‑day operational tasks
  • Professional demeanor and a customer‑focused attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in a relevant field is a plus
